Podcasts are Coming Back!!!
After a half-year hiatus while Garthe and Jenn were setting up a weekly live show in Japanese, they’re coming back to the English internet waves to bring you the latest in Mahjong, and comedy, every week!
The show will return in October in the midst of Jenn and Garthe’s Kansai Marchao tour, running from October 1st-5th, 2012. In this time they will visit the Kobe, Umed, Tennoji, Kyoto, Shijo alpha and Nagoya branches of the popular mahjong parlor chain Marchao. On top of that the live show mentioned above will host the very first live show on October 2nd at Gold 9 in Osaka (for tickets e-mail Jenn at jenn@reachmahjong.com).
The podcast will return as 30 minute weekly episodes including news from the pro circuit, worldwide tournament information, strategy and silly stories from the duo’s daily life in Tokyo and travelling throughout Asia.
Accompanying the new show will be a new avatar for the iTunes podcast, new music and bumpers and other sound effects that will be added as time goes on.
For now look forward to the return of the ReachMahjong.com Podcast featuring mahjong professionals Jenn and Garthe, coming next month.
