Hello All,
Long time no see, still lurk around but rarely posted for a long time.
And, well, the topic is the post title. Seems that topic is missing, or at least is what the notifications tell me.
Probably this happened because of the bots of something.
But, would be possible to recover this "Severely in need of an English translation" topic?
I know it's not that needed anymore because there are not that many users, but could be helpful for new people.
Noticed that the topic "Severely in need of an English translation" is missing

Life is as beautiful as you want it to be, but it´s only one. That´s why you must not get tired of it. Don´t care if you don´t say something that seems "important" because your mere existence is important for someone.

Ok, false alarm, the topic is still there, but cannot access it via notifications. And yes, bet it was because the newest notifications are from a user that doesn't exist anymore so cannot use those 2 notifications.
Was afraid there for a moment.
How are you getting on?

Hi. Good to see you.
Most of the bot spam torrent consists of new threads - with either one or exactly eighteen messages - but occasionally there'll be one or more reply posts on an existing thread which triggers a notification to any previous posters following that thread. Shirluban and I have been manually dealing with the spam and spammers but, as you've noticed, there are a couple of odd quirks about the forum code: the notification persists even after the new post/s have been deleted and clicking the notification says incorrectly that the topic doesn't exist (because it links to the post number not the thread number).
I'm using the Ban Hammer tool instead of the Delete Topic function now and I'm taking care not to ban Steve by accident because then there'd be no new content!
