Riichi Achievement List

Pretty much looking for things to list as "Achievements". As much of a fad they have been in video games, they're actually here to stay as miniature goals and marks. Might as well have a list of 'em here.

I'd list a bunch, but I ain't takin the fun away here. So, go ahead and make some up.

But for starters:

Collect the yaku (Scoring all the yaku at least once lifetime)
First Yakuman
Joke hand (Nagashi mangan)
Centurian (Scoring a +/- of over 100)
Bury the hatchet (Winning a game while putting someone into the negatives)
POW (Winning a hand using the Pao Rule)

And so on.

I'm not sure if it's official nor do I know the Japanese name for it but: winning 8 times as dealer consecutively and yielding a limit hand.

It's always tickled me that more than one PS3 mahjong game gives a gold trophy for a yakuman but only a silver for a sanbaiman which is rarer.

It's 八連荘 (Pā Renchan) - literally eight renchan (continuances) - and it's an optional rule.

(It's one of five optional yakuman counted in Saikyō no Mājan on your yaku-count stats.)

BTW for inspiration here are some examples of actual trophy sets from Playstation games:-

Janline-R (and Mahjong World), Simple 500 Vol. 1 The Mahjong, Mahjong Fight Club Vita and Mahjong Dream Club.

There are a bunch in Touhou Mahjong as well, but I cannot read them. My Japanese is to the point of illiterate. :(
