-Where are you located?
All of our items are from Japan and we ship them directly from Tokyo.

-How long will the shipping take?
Processing your order will take 2-3 business days and shipping will take 4-7 business days after that, so you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 days of placing your order. If you have not received your shipment within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us at: sales@reachmahjong.com.

-Do you provide tracking codes for the package?
All packages are shipped by express airmail, EMS and come with tracking codes that can be traced in English at: http://tracking.post.japanpost.jp/service/numberSearch.do?SVID=019&JSESSIONID=PGVcRvj6KTgkQf7knqxcdQdQ1VzQlJDQshjJJXh09GycGq2pqG0B!-835054809!1334236668627&locale=en&searchKind=S004. We will provide you when your shipment has been shipped and include your tracking code.

-Do you offer other methods of shipping?
At this time EMS is the fastest and safest way to ship from Japan. We are hoping to add more affordable shipping methods soon.

-What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order using PayPal or Google Wallet.

-Can I special order products?
Yes, we take special orders and invoice you via PayPal. If there is a specific mahjong related item you are interested in, please contact us at sales@reachmahjong.com and we will do our best to find what you need.

-How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order by e-mailing us at sales@reachmahjong.com.

-What if I need to return my item?
Because items are shipped internationally, we can not be held responsible for normal wear and tear of packages in the mail. However, if your item is defective, please e-mail us with a photo image of your set and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have simply changed your mind about a product, we will refund you the price of the original shipping and the item upon receipt of the product. We cannot pay for return shipping.

-What do you use my personal information for?
Your personal information is only used for shipping your order and notifying you of ReachMahjong.com Shop promotions. We will never sell your information to a third party or use it for anything besides unrelated to your order.
