Java issues with Ron2

I've been playing on Tenhou and have decided to give Ron2 a try. After registering an account and trying to load the game I get a Java application error, "Unable to launch the application."

Looking into the details, I see the following:
com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://www.ron2.jp/applet/dragon12052101.jar

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
