Non-Mahjong Related question about Janryumon

Hello, Sorry if this question is in the wrong place. I have been playing a lot on Janryumon and notice all my oponents avatars(the little person by their stats not the hand in game) are customized. Does anyone know how they are doing that? I've looked around the NCSoft Japanese site and inside the game, but I don't see anywhere to make those kind of adjustments. Just curious, and thought you all on here might be able to help out. Thanks for you time and happy gaming!
