Is Jan Ryu Mon completely down?

I started playing on Jan Ryu Mon about a month ago, and since about last week, I\'ve been unable to start up the game. It works fine until the game window itself comes up, at which point it gives me an error and crashes.
The error said:
I can access the site itself just fine, and I notice a slew of maintenance and downtime messages on the front page (not to mention about a zillion bad programming practices that tell me their programmers should have failed any Web programming course taught in this decade), so I suspect they probably blew up their server. But since I don\'t have another connection to try it on, I thought I\'d ask here; can anybody else get on, or is it broken for everybody?
[Edit: Never mind, I managed to get it working a couple days ago. Turns out one of my malware blockers had a false positive and was blocking outgoing connections from the client.]
