Is someone here good in photoshop to make a Mahjong logo?

Need a Mahjong logo, huh? Photoshop can definitely do that! I've used it to create simple logos before, mainly for personal projects. It takes some patience playing with fonts and shapes, but it's doable. Ever tried vector-based design software for logos though? Much sharper results, in my experience. I prefer using something like Inkscape for those projects because it is more adaptable. I guess the logo would probably be scarier than the animatronics in five nights at freddy's if I make it myself.
