Scoring question

I'm working through some of the questions from last year's JPML's pro-test and I can't understand the answer to one of the questions. What's the score for the following hand:
2-bam 2-bam 2-bam 3-bam 4-bam 4-bam 4-bam 6-bam 6-bam 6-bam 8-bam 8-bam 8-bam winning on a 4-bam
Dora: 3-bam
The question asks you to score all situations, so both dealer and non-dealer as well as tsumo and ron. I thought this was just Ryuuiisou (All Green) but the answer is listing it as baiman/sanbaiman (depending on tsumo or ron). The only reason I can think of is that there are no green dragons, but I was under the assumption that All Green just needed to be made up of green tiles not ALL the green tiles (if that makes sense).

Any thoughts?

Ryuu Issou, 32000 on ron, 16000/8000 on tsumo. Oya 48000 on ron, 16000 each on tsumo.

If you had won on 4-bam and the rules allow that it is Ryuu Issou Suu Ankou Tanki, for a triple yakuman. All the figures above are tripled.

That's what I thought, however the answer sheet says: ko 16000 ron, 6000/12000 tsumo - oya 24000 ron, 12000 tsumo.

Do you mean 3-bam?

From the JPML rules:
• 緑一色 發を含まなければならない
According to Google trad, it means that All Green must include the green-dra.

I didn't knew that one.

Barticles guide states that in some versions it must include the green dragon while in others its not required.

Yup, another one of those rule options that you'll probably only ever need once in a lifetime. (if you're lucky!)

As a matter of fact I just started playing the new PS3 game Mahjong Haoh: Dankyū Battle 3 this week and this is one of the (83!) rule settings in the game.

Fair enough. That explains it. What's the source for the JPML rules? I wouldn't mind going over them before this weekend.

My understanding is the JPML A rules require the green-dra.
連盟Aルールでは發なし緑一色は認められません。
...and JPML B rules allow yakuman without green-dra.
緑一色は發がなくとも良い
As always, if I'm misinterpreting, please correct me.

JPML rules are on the JPML website ;P
http://www.ma-jan.or.jp/guide/game_rule.html
But it's not up to date: website says B-rules' uma is "+30、+10、▲10、▲30", while Jenn (JPML pro player) says B-rules' uma is now +15/+5/-5-/15.

You will also found useful resources at the bottom of this page: http://asdfasdf.ethz.ch/~simon/riichi/committee/.

I can't tell for sure, but I don't see any thing on the JPML website (cleraly) saying that.

The rule page and this guide say JPML A rule scores yakuman with green-dra, but both are mute about B rule.

Distinction between hatsu or not pertaining to Ryuu Iisou? Oh man, now that's a nightmare.
