Please try again in a "good communication environment"!
The red button is just to close the message.
I guess they need to try a better mobile/wifi signal.

It could be that the game servers are temporarily down for maintenance or a fault.
If it's an old game, they might've even have been shut down.
Good to see something other than tumbleweeds here.
Glad you're still keeping up with the mahjong.
