Strange rules

I have found really strange film on youtube:

Except the fact that commentators are singing and talking like crazy XD there is two dora shown in every game (no kans, they are there from beginning of the game). Is it some kind of special rule? I have never saw something like that before.

The show here is \"Wareme de Pon\", which seems to cater to the casual, channel-surfing type of viewer with fast-paced play and high-scoring hands. One unusual rule I know for a fact they implement is the wareme rule, where the person whose wall is broken after the initial dice roll pays and receives double just as East does. I haven\'t seen enough of the show to know for sure, but it wouldn\'t surprise me at all if having a second dora was just a house rule meant to inflate scores.
