, and I would go for a fast win. I feel like it's more likely that someone else will win with a big hand than that I'll be able to turn this into a big hand. Then again, I would feel pretty sad if I missed a chance at a mangan or something here...

1 Toitsu (pair) in a hand. Good.
2 Toitsu? OK.
3 Toitsu. Bad.
Three is nowhere in consideration for Chii Toitsu, and it is interfering with other development options.
I'll just go with that, hoping to develop the hand around the 5-sou. The 2-2-3-4-5 shape is asking for one of them to be discarded later on anyways, unless a 2 comes out.
