The bridge to sanshoku seems tempting, but not on flat East 1. As much as possible, tile efficiency. If you draw 6s it's still mentanpin anyway, and there exists a bridge to ittsuu, so value is not something to be worried about during your dealer turn; the priority being renchan.

Keeping the 7s won't get you into tenpai faster, you're already in ii-shanten and the two 8s are reserved as pair. It does have the benefit of netting you a tanyao if you draw 6s (discard 1s)

However the same holds true if u keep the 4-crak and draw a 3m or 5m (discard 1s and 2s). You'll even have the possibility of sanshoku (3 colours straight).
