Othar than Hatsu... Maybe 6p to peek at hon itsu/chii toi/chanta?
The points being flat, I would rather just discard Hatsu in tenari-mode to increase the chances of pinfu even by a little. We have just drawn a key tile for that, after all.

Hatsu. One's gone, you have one. Might as well get rid of it. It's early anyways. If you end up drawing another one, whatever.
