I\'ll discard 2-dot
So I keep possibilities to use the dora and to go for san/suu an kou.
Loosing the _23_ open wait is not that bad since there is only one 1-dot living, and we can still use 4-dot.

Cats don't do タンヤオ (tan-yao) but タニャーオ (ta-nya-o).
