How to change seat winds?

Hi,

How to change seat winds for next round? To set new seat winds for next round again by dice? Or former south becomes east, former west becomes south, and so on as clockwise?

Yes, former south becomes east, former east becomes north, former north becomes west, and so on, but I see this as a counterclockwise rotation.

Normally, the seats do not rotate when the dealer (east) wins the hand or is tenpai (one away from a complete hand), but this depends on the rule set you choose to use.
