Denpa announced last month that they will be publishing the first part of Nobuyuki Fukumoto's Kaiji manga in English as six paperback omnibus books.

This will cover the Restricted Rock-Paper-Scissors, Human Horse Race, E-Card and Tissue Box Raffle storylines but they have stated "We're guaranteed for the first arc. If that does well sales wise, we will pursue more." so potentially it could extend to include Minefield Mahjong!
(Perhaps one day they could even adapt Fukumoto's Akagi too...?! )
In other news, there's an English dub of the anime adaptation of Kaiji spin-off manga Tonegawa, licensed by Sentai Filmworks out of Texas.

Tonegawa gives a presentation on a mahjong-based idea in episode 4 and his decisions are described later using mahjong analogies.
The series is available to stream on HIDIVE in Japanese or English with a seven-day free trial available.
