Enjoy.
Also noted are two real tile yakuman. First one was a Ryuuiisou. Second is a Shousuushii, although, we were playing with a "dummy hand"; so, I'm not sure to even count this one.

Re: Ron2 League
My problem with the Ron2 interface -- it looks and sounds like a Windows 3.1 interface. It simply needs a massive design upgrade.

Re: A Strategy and Scoring question
If won by ron, you get mangan. With riichi, you get haneman at least. Before the tsumo, y'were only about - 2000-3000 pts ahead of second. Looking at the discards, too bad two of your tiles were discarded. However, seeing how 2-sou were discarded as much, I'm willing to presume that someone might en...

Apparently, a lot of patterns are named. I just can't read them.

Re: How about some Sanbaiman hands?
I've scored 4 of them: http://arcturus.su/wiki/User:KyuuAA#Sanbaiman_count My real gem among the Sanbaiman is this one: http://tenhou.net/0/?log=2013061615gm-0089-0000-x380955c19e8f&tw=0&ts=3 Then compare it with my Kazoe: http://tenhou.net/0/?log=2013011715gm-0009-7447-0bef5c3f&tw=1&ts=10 Note the ...

Re: Newbie introduction
Hi, all! I started watching the Saki anime a week or so ago on a friend's recommendation, and the game seems pretty interesting. I think I've been able to pick up most of the basics, but I'm looking for something I can play on my PC/DS/Android tablet to practice and make sure I know what I think I ...

Re: Oh my god....A double yakuman!
Hmm, parenchan. While an optional one, it is not an easy one to get. Either (a) you fail to win a hand and end the streak, (b) someone else ends the streak, or (c) someone runs out of points before getting the opportunity. Anyways, these three videos inspired me to score one of my own. :D https://ww...

Hanchan or Tonpussen. You have the lead here.
Why not just dama a chiitoitsu? Discard either or . Then give yourself the opportunity to improve the tanki, with an offwind wait, dora, or something like that.

Re: The Disqualification of Horiuchi
Thirdly then, them's the rules! For example, a look at JPML's own rules page shows detailed explanations of how to start the game, how to score, how to determine dora, who takes responsibility if someone wins on the extra draw after konging a discard, etc etc. NOWHERE in JPML's rules page is there ...

Yea, we already have him in Facebook and what-not. If he's really desperate for a mahjong session, I may recommend Anime Milwaukee. I'll be up there meeting up some Wisconsinites.

Re: The Disqualification of Horiuchi
Like I said in the comments, this is Mahjong Politics happening; and in this case, it's rather sad to see actually, when video shows a minor incident receiving a harsh punishment. His official penalty will be determined at the board meeting in January. So, since this is going to be happening, then t...

Distinction between hatsu or not pertaining to Ryuu Iisou? Oh man, now that's a nightmare.
