Re: Fu Values
So: 20 points is only for Pinfu hands, 25 for Chitoitsu (seven pairs). Rest is: Concealed Ron: 30 points. Tsumo (Concealed or otherwise, but it is a yaku only if concealed): 22 points. Otherwise (Open Ron): 20 points. Plus pair: 2 for dragon, own wind, or round win. A double wind scores 4. Plus wait...

Re: Question about ryan peikou
Of course, my bad. I shouldn't be posting when in a hurry. What would be fair? 4 han?

Re: Question about ryan peikou
yeah, I agree it's low, should be at least 4 han, (or 2 han plus both ippeikou). If you have ryanpeikou you shouldn't be that far from honitsu (6 han total, haneman), or chinitsu (9 han total, baiman, beware of furiten). But I think ryanpeikou for the sake of ryanpeikou is under-rewarded.

Re:Menzen-kafu and Pinfu
It works.
For 7700 hand, half of that: 3850 => 3900 dealer payment
Half of that: 1950 => 2000 children payment.

Another one I\'m not sure I like. Bad draws are gonna happen, and again, I\'m not sure we should reward them.

Re:What's the reason on abortive draws?
Yes, drop the fives, for instance. 28 28 28 + 7 honors. Or something along the lines. My point is that there are worse hands that 9 different terminals, and in any case, it seems to reward a bad draw with making the hand void. Four Winds Discard: Oh, yes. The four/death thing. They could go with \'y...

What's the reason on abortive draws?
Hi there. I\'ve been wondering on the reasons there are abortive draws. Exhaustive draws can\'t be helped (they happen in MCR which has no dead wall, and having 14 less tiles can only increase the issue), but let\'s see. Four Kans: I see the problem with this one is that there\'s no space for more K...

Re:Furiten question
You might be thinking of the house rule where you declare Furiten Riichi, but that one\'s highly non-standard.

Re:Furiten question
Do you mean you enter furiten by your riichi discard, or by missing a tile? If you hand can be complete (complete doesn\'t mean valid, a no-yaku 3+3+3+3+2 is complete) by: a) Any of your discarded tiles b) Any tile discarded after you Reached c) Any tile discarded after the last Chi/Pon/Kan call or ...
