I would throw the 5-dot and reach.
If you win of the 4-bam you get 7700 ( 4 Yaku 30 Fu ) or still mangan if you tsumo.
If you wait for tanyao you would get mangan, but for only a 300 points increase of my hand, I wouldn\'t wait.
